Hey, I’m Andrea Houston, Senior Executive Coach at Anchor Exchange. For more than 27 years, I have dedicated my expertise to individuals and organizations and have walked them through change with clarity, purpose.
Throughout my career, I have served in Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Crisis, Behavioral Health, Youth and Foster Advocacy, Domestic Violence and now I serve as an Emotional Intelligence Expert. My work has spanned mental health, addiction recovery, leadership development, crisis, domestic violence, and trauma-informed care.
